Prior to our services commencing, we offer a complimentary consultation so that we can get to know you and your dog and ultimately see if we can offer what your dog needs. We encourage a walk with the owner as part of this consultation process so we can see first hand how the dog behaves when out and about. This gives us the opportunity to start building rapport so that when we do collect your dog for the first time, they are familiar with us.

We will collect your dog from your house in our secure, crated, air conditioned vans and take your dog for a fun and stimulating walk at one of our many favourite spots. If you have chosen a group walk, this will include a mixture of other dogs, tailored carefully to match your dog's activity levels and temperament, to ensure they get the most out of their walk.

We offer leaded or unleaded walks, solo or group walks and crated or harnessed van journeys - all dependent on what you and your dog prefer.

Ultimately, you are entrusting us with your loved one so we need to ensure our security is top levels. We have a few of our own trackers that we use on a number of the dogs we walk. These are small devices that connect to their collar or harness for the duration of their time with us. This gives us the opportunity to track their activity, but most importantly know their location at all times. If our customer's have their own trackers, we ask that we are invited to track their dog's location for when they are out with us.

We have mud daddy's in both the vans which we will use to clean the dogs as best as possible if they decide to take a dip in a nice muddy puddle! The dogs will be towel dried and given some water before being dropped back off at their homes. If coats and drying robes are left out by owners for their fur babies, then they will be used!
